As 15% of previously suspended UK projects have now resumed on-site, with major housebuilders including Vistry, Persimmon and Taylor Wimpey significantly contributing to this increase, our latest Construction and COVID-19 update continues to report an encouraging outlook for the industry.
And the immediate pipeline remains firm too with an average of 1,368 planning applications being published daily over the last week, which is just 11% down on the daily average seen prior to the COVID-19 lockdown.
